What’s more, HomeGoods has a great 30-day return policy for in-store purchases (40 days from the time of order for online purchases), and in the event that you surpass that time frame, so long as you have a receipt, you’re eligible for store credit. Because of this, HGTV interior designer David Bromstad once told me that one of his top tips for designing a space is to buy anything and everything that catches your eye at Home Goods, take it home, see what works, and return the rest. Genius, no?
