Over 200 new products spanning the categories of textiles, decorative accents, furniture, rugs, faux plants, and more will be rolling out during this summer drop, and fans of Studio McGee’s classic yet casual aesthetic can expect more of the same from this iteration of the Threshold collaboration. In typical fashion, pieces generally fall into Shea McGee’s bright and clean palette that favors neutrals like cream, white, and gray mixed with lived-in matte metal and wooden finishes as well as textural woven touches. That means that this assortment builds upon and works well with earlier Threshold with Studio McGee offerings as well as items from Studio McGee’s more luxury-priced McGee and Co. line. Browsing some of the latest pieces (pictured above and below with McGee herself) suggests McGee is leaning into curvier silhouettes for chairs, adding woven trims to upholstered pieces, and using gray soapstone, a warm but rustic rock, even when polished, for small accessories like bookends.
Prices start at $15, and the collection is available at Target stores and online now. Certain styles do tend to sell out, and items will be trickling into stores over the next couple of weeks. If you can’t find what you’re looking for online, be sure to check your local Target for their offerings. If you can’t get enough Studio McGee style in your life, the third season of “Dream Home” will be streaming next month.
