We test a lot of bedding at Apartment Therapy, especially for our Best List series. On occasion, we’ll happen upon a particular duvet or set of sheets that stands out among its peers. Riley’s Belgian Flax Linen Sheets are a prime example… not to mention my latest obsession. And I’m not alone: these sheets sold out barely a day after they launched. The great news? They just got restocked.
Riley is one of our favorite bedding brands, and we are especially excited about this particular restock because Riley’s premium euroflax Belgian linen makes these sheets ideal for year-round use. (Thinking, “Huh? Linen in winter?” I know, but hear me out!) As expected, Riley’s linen gets softer with every wash, but they’re surprisingly smooth even straight out of the package. The velvety euroflax linen regulates body temperature, so you feel cozy as soon as you hit the bed and don’t have to worry about overheating in the middle of the night.
Linen sheets have a reputation for being expensive, but Riley’s are the most affordable linen sheets we’ve tried for such a high-quality feel. They are also ventilated just enough, thanks to the impressively fine weave that prevents excess heat retention. So, as with some other Riley sheets, they’re perfect if you share a bed with someone else.
Available in four colors (I tried Heathered Navy), these sheets suit any decor scheme, from niche to luxury. For now, they only come in two sizes — Queen and King. Needless to say: If you want them, don’t wait.
