Fans marveled at the super glamorous homes toured in the show—including that $75 million house—and now, there’s the opportunity to experience a taste of the Los Angeles glamor with this “Selling Sunset” inspired vacation package.

If you’ve been a “Selling Sunset” fan since season one, you’re sure to remember the $40 million property that was being built throughout: 8408 Hillside Avenue, which has been described as “unquestionably the most impressive property ever built above the Sunset Strip”

The 5-bedroom property spans across 20 square feet, features a huge linear pool, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an unparalleled 300-degree view of the Los Angeles skyline. After a little bit of fierce competition from the realtors, it was Jason Oppenheim who sold the property for a whopping $35,500,000.

Now, fans of the show have the opportunity to stay in an almost identical property in the luxe Spanish city of Marbella, complete with an exclusive “Selling Sunset” inspired package.

Villa Calderon, Marbella is a super close match to the famed Hillside Avenue residence, complete with the same glass exteriors, linear pool, and stunning sweeping views.

Chrishell Stause, star of Netflix’s popular real estate reality TV show, “Selling Sunset“, has had her fair share of highs and lows since the first season of the docuseries aired in 2019. Viewers have been hooked as Stause’s life has played out on TV screens over the last few years and, now, she’s letting fans in a little deeper with her literacy debut.

“I’m SO excited to announce my book UNDER CONSTRUCTION is coming out on February 8, 2022,” Stause wrote in an Instagram post shared with her 2 million followers. “Been working so hard on this and so excited to finally be able to share!”

The former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant, 39, says that she has always had a love of writing and it is an “honor to be able to share her story in this way.”

The book, published by Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books, will share the triumphs, trials, and tribulations of her life in the public eye, along with poignant stories from her Kentucky upbringing. The memoir will also provide readers with some insightful tips on “how to stay resilient and positive no matter how many times life knocks you down.”

“This is my story, raw and unfiltered,” Stause said of the memoir. “And I can’t wait to share it with you.”

Friends and fans took to Instagram to congratulate Stause on the upcoming book.

“So proud of you!” wrote Stause’s “Selling Sunset” co-star, Mary Fitzgerald, while “The Bachelor”‘s Colton Underwood said: “Power moves”.
