Working from home has meant a total change in workwear for many of us. While comfort is still key these days, looking (but especially feeling) put together is just as important when it comes to productivity and performance. I’ve tried a number of wearable blankets over the years, but this one is by far the chicest among them. Its part-shawl, part-lapel neckline makes me feel sophisticated during Zoom calls, movie nights, and early mornings. It even (rather ironically) gives me a little extra motivation to get out of bed, since I can go from cozy comforter straight to my Blanket Robe and feel good about my choices.
The Snoozewear Blanket Robe has a gender-neutral kimono-style design, with batwing sleeves that make movement easy yet don’t sacrifice coverage. Its shell is a soft, brushed cotton, and the down alternative fill is evenly distributed throughout the classic quilted construction. It’s seriously lightweight, especially compared to other wearable blankets and housecoats. Not only is it super easy to care for (hello, machine washable!), but it really is super soft, and its high-quality materials and construction make me happy knowing I’ll have it for a long, long time.
I opted for the Indigo colorway, but the Blanket Robe also comes in Oatmilk — a beige — and White. The best part for me is that it doesn’t pick up cat hair like every other textile I own seems not to have figured out yet. Tailored and polished Casper’s is my new standard for work-from-home-wear.
This Amazon Find Is the One Thing That Helps Me Sleep Better When I Have a Headache or a Cold

‘Tis the season for sniffles, sneezes, and sinus infections. And probably a headache or two thrown in there somewhere as well. In preparation for this time of year, I went on the hunt for something that could help me in my time of need, particularly when it comes to headaches — and that’s how I found the Brownmed IMAK Compression Eye Pillow on Amazon. This sleep mask has over 11,600 five-star reviews, only costs $13.54, and totally works.
I get migraine headaches all year round, and I find that lying in a dark room massaging my temples with my eyes closed is often the only cure. This mask works similarly to my weighted blanket (which I love), applying a soft pressure to your face to relieve pain. I’ve never been a devoted sleep mask wearer, but thanks to this mask’s soothing compression and excellent light-blocking, this is one that I keep coming back to.
There’s a lot of great sleep masks out there (just check our Best List), but here’s why I love this one from Amazon. It’s a compression mask, so it blocks light while also adding a bit of soothing pressure to the areas around my eyes. However, the mask doesn’t put any pressure on my eyes directly. The X-shaped stitching leaves some hollow space for your eyes, so you can blink and not have to worry about irritation or crushing your eyelashes. And I was surprised to find that the elastic band that wraps around the head is pretty forgiving — it’s not too loose or too tight, but just right.
One reviewer wrote that this eye mask is the headache remedy they’ve been waiting for, and I couldn’t agree more. “It’s like a weighted blanket for my eyes!” one customer wrote. “It’s so comfortable, soft and doesn’t fall off (because I tied the band to where it wouldn’t). If I go to sleep with a headache with the mask on then I don’t wake up with a headache.”
The mask itself is made of cotton, which keeps it super cool and secure, so you don’t have to worry about it slipping and sliding around during the night. You can even put the eye mask in the freezer ahead of time for an extra cooling effect.
Of all my Amazon finds over the past year, this eye mask is one of the best. It’s been such a pain reliever on those days when I have headaches, feel a cold coming on, or am just having trouble getting to sleep. Although I haven’t gotten the chance to travel with it yet, I can imagine that this sleep mask would be a game-changer when you’re on a long flight or car ride. And at only $13.54, it’s affordable enough to replace if you lose it — or even to buy an extra if you want a second one on hand.
Forget a New Mattress — This Flippable Topper Changed How I Sleep in Just One Night

Quality sleep is one of the most important things we can get, but achieving it can be difficult, even expensive. In addition to all the other factors that can affect how well we sleep, from our health to our bedding, what we sleep on has a major impact. But what if a whole new mattress isn’t in the budget? What if you’re a side sleeper but your partner sleeps on their back? What if you love a plush mattress but sometimes could use the support of a firm one? For me, it was all of these and I’d all but given up on finding the bed that was just right.
In testing for our list of the best mattress toppers around, I came across the Coop Home Goods Flip Topper. Having slept on a lot of different toppers and mattresses in my day, I went into trying out the Flip with high expectations but, frankly, little faith they’d actually be met. It wasn’t until I realized I was smiling while putting the topper on my bed for the first time, simply because it was so easy to do, that I felt some of my pessimism melt away. It hadn’t even effected my sleep yet and I was already getting good vibes from this piece of bedding. The next morning, I woke up and actually got up right away without trying to squeeze every minute of sleep out of the morning that I didn’t get the night before. Not only was I up and at it, but I was miraculously cured of the mysterious morning neck pain I’d been experiencing for so long.
I know, it sounds way too good to be true, but it’s all in Coop’s very intentional design. This mattress topper literally does have two sides, a medium-firm and a medium-plush, and is easily flippable at any time. Despite its four-inch thickness, it’s easy to turn and, on a good day, I’m able to do it on my own. The elastic straps on all four corners of the topper stretch over and hug your mattress firmly, so it doesn’t budge throughout the night or over time. The thing that impresses me the most, however, is that even though my mattress is quite plush, the Flip topper doesn’t just sink right down into it the way I do. It stays buoyant and almost acts as a mattress all on its own, letting me keep a bit of the cozy plushness I want while also giving me the support I need.
My partner noticed improvements in his sleep as well, which helped him stay energized during the day for longer. I knew my bed situation needed help, but neither of us expected the difference such a simple addition made. It’s AT’s best overall mattress topper for a reason, so if you’re on the hunt for a topper, mattress, or just something to hopefully get you more of the rest you deserve, the Flip topper is it.

Ever since AT’s senior commerce editor Jasmine raved about her Sijo Eucalyptus Duvet Insert, I’ve been super curious about the innovative bedding brand. Their mission to give customers a better, more luxe night’s sleep while using materials that are kind to the Earth grabbed my attention, so when I got a chance to test drive their latest comforter that has temperature regulation technology, I was all too eager.
The Sijo CLIMA comforter is part of the brand’s new CLIMA bedding collection, aka their “first-to-market, most advanced fiber technology for temperature-regulation yet.” Sounds like a lot of fancy and scientific words, right? It’s very easy to get swept up in the packaging of it all, but as someone who tests a lot of bedding, this comforter was of special interest to me because I do go from hot to cold very easily in my NYC apartment (thanks to not being the person in charge when the AC disappears for the season and the heat comes on! Yes, somehow, it can get too stuffy in my bedroom in the depths of winter and the quickest solution is to crack the window). And I was very pleased to find out that this piece of smart bedding was all it claimed to be.
When I received my comforter, it was incredibly soft to the touch, on the slimmer side, and looked like a dreamy cloud draped on my bed. (I tried it with and without a duvet cover and they were both equally great options, aesthetically and results-wise.) But the real magic was found within the scientific technology that worked incredibly well to maintain an optimal body temperature during my REM cycle (they define that as between 82 and 89 degrees Fahrenheit). I can sleep both hot and cold, depending on the time of year, and always find myself with an excess of blankets or not nearly enough, but this worked beautifully on its own. I never woke up due to being too hot or cold, as I’m apt to do, I’m confident I’ll be using it all year long!
More neat details on the material, though: The brand’s proprietary CLIMA fibers have the ability to absorb and disperse excess body heat as temperatures rise and drop, in conjunction with sweat-wicking fabrics (a mix of TENCEL™ lyocell, Mica nylon blend shell, and the CLIMA fiber blend fill). The CLIMA fibers are environmentally sustainable and hypoallergenic via a patented spinning process, plus the lyocell fibers contain plant oil paraffin for a luxe feel. The comforter is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified and Global Recycling Standards (GRS) Certified.
