To celebrate Season 3 of Dream Home Makeover on Netflix, we packed our bags and headed to NYC to go on The Today Show. I had all sorts of nervous energy the night before, as being on live TV is a whole new and exciting adventure for us. The segment went so well and Hoda and Jenna are about the nicest people ever — we feel so lucky to have gotten to spend our morning with them! 01: Start with a focal point — I love a good mirror in the entryway to be able to check yourself before you walk out of the home.
02: Add levels — Use styling elements with different heights like a stack of books and greenery to create dimension and layers.
03: Finish with a candle — There’s nothing better than walking into a space and immediately getting a sense of the home with a lovely smell!
