The bedroom rug is positioned off-centre to fashion an asymmetrical layout.

A stylish shower room is tiled in luxurious grey stone. Minimalist black shower fixtures punctuate the moody grey wall slabs. In the dry zone, smooth grey concealment panels hide away the toilet cistern and a secret storage unit.
The modern wall hung toilet carries an unusual tan finish, which quietly coincides with the home’s overall colour story.
The main bathroom is clad with the same grey stone tiles, but this time the WC area has been finished with textured wall panels and colour-matched grey sanitaryware. A room divider discreetly separates the WC area from the bathroom vanity.
In contrast to the linear vanity unit, an oval bathtub carves out a curvaceous silhouette.

The bathroom mirror is inset into a small alcove, which achieves a streamlined finish with the bordering wall panels.

Inspired by nature, this 180 square metre minimalist home interior features an all-encompassing earthy colour palette of rich brown and tranquil beige. Textured elements give large living spaces great depth and unique character. Visualised by NK Interior in Kyiv, Ukraine, the home concept holds lofty rooms where rafters are smoothed over with wide panels of chocolatey wood grain. Matching wall panels call further attention to the towering height of the living areas and bedrooms alike. Fabulous pendant lights fill the spacious voids beneath the roofline, glowing with warm and atmospheric light. White marble slabs clad a luxurious bathroom decor scheme, where modern fixtures fashion a high-end finish.
We start the tour of this luxury home in an impressive double height living room, where a towering tiled feature wall bubbles with texture. The nature inspired 3D tile design is reminiscent of scales, and delivers a beautiful silky finish to the lounge area.
The ceiling of the enormous living room is clad in handsome wood grain, which makes the lofty space feel cosy despite its massive scale.
A set of contrasting round coffee tables complement the freeform living room rug, which transitions from beige to black.
A textured ceramic vase and a unique incense burner decorate the larger of the two nesting coffee tables. The beige modern sofa draws a clean, simple line across the darkly detailed feature wall that lustres behind it.
The stylish lounge area opens directly into an equally lofty kitchen diner space, which follows the same serene colour palette of warm beige, matt black, and natural wood tone. The kitchen cabinets sport the same wood tone finish as the attractive ceilings in order to achieve an individually tailored look. Illuminated open kitchen shelves cross the back of the room, where they create a glowing point of interest.
Opposite the 3D tiled feature wall in the lounge, a modern fireplace flickers across a long black hearth. The TV is mounted just above it, set within a block of units with a reeded texture finish. The wall hung units offer generous storage space for media items, consoles and books.
A wide window frames a modern lounge chair that has a unique sculptural appeal. A fabulous view of mature trees spans the distant horizon.
Linear suspension lights hang parallel above the living room in an understated fashion.
Conversely, a dining chandelier makes a big statement in the neighbouring space with multiple low hanging pendants. The three pendants draw loose halos along the length of a large dining table and integrated kitchen island. A piece of 3D relief artwork is propped against the wall of the dining area to add interest to the plain grey render.
Upholstered dining chairs make square silhouettes at either side of the bespoke rectangle dining table, which features a glass panel at one side to lighten the look.
An induction hob with an integrated extractor unit is set on the kitchen island alongside the dining table, putting the cook right next to the diners for ease of social interaction.
The other side of the kitchen island houses two deep drawer units–perfect for storing all of the cutlery, napkins, placemats, serving bowls, and other items that are frequently used at the dining table.
Inside the first bedroom, a dreamy marble accent wall features fashionably fluted texture sections. The luxe grey stone contrasts coolly against the visual warmth of smooth wooden ceiling panels. LED perimeter lights draw a bright divide between the materials, which gives added emphasis to the feature wall.
Multiple bedroom pendant lights stream down in front of the textured focal wall, landing low over one of the bedside units. A freeform bedroom area rug lays shades of grey across the microcement floor.
A simple dressing table links onto the side of the bedroom TV wall units. An illuminated vanity mirror provides focussed task lighting.
The next bedroom lighting scheme takes a different turn, with great looping modern chandeliers that create an immediate statement above the bed.

Deep brown, soothing grey & clean white decor shades these three classy contemporary home interiors, visualised by Mai Trang Nguyen. The calming neutrals meld with chic furniture arrangements to fashion living spaces that are reposeful and on point. Each of these stylish home designs feature inspiration for modestly scaled open concept living spaces and small kitchen ideas, beautiful lighting designs and eye-catching accessories. Home design number one is a luxe, high-end expression of taste; interior number two explores an adventurous space themed decor scheme; design three gives us a shape led interpretation with modish racetrack outlines and interior arches, whilst home four simplifies the palette for a small space.
A russet brown modular sofa adds tremendous heat to dark grey and cool white surroundings in our first featured home interior. A black and white houndstooth throw washes a moment of light relief over the sofa upholstery.
Above the lounge and adjoining dining area, a black painted ceiling creates drama and wow factor.
The modern dining room comes alive under the glow of an artistic wall light; golden accents gleam warmly under the illumination. An exquisite marble tabletop makes a shapely oval outline amidst modern dining chairs.
A fabulous TV wall has been constructed with an eye-catching ribbed panel behind the TV screen. The textured, inverted arch reflects the sofa’s hot russet brown hue.
Wine storage is showcased under bright LED ribbons close by the kitchen run. The wine storage cabinet balances out an entryway storage unit on the opposite side of an glamorously gold wrapped entryway bench.
The bowed golden recess in the entryway complements a stunning curved kitchen island design with a champagne gold base.

The base kitchen cabinets have been framed with a champagne gold racetrack-shaped motif, which perfectly matches the entryway cabinets. This cohesivity gives the impression of a much wider kitchen space.

Our second interior design features some adventurous space themed decor, with mini astronauts landing on the surface of a space-age inspired coffee table. A modern wall sconce sets a celestial aura against the pale grey living room wall.

In our third featured home design, brown is promoted from a small accent to the main focal colour of the room. Here, we see a solid rich brown TV wall, which melts into the hallway that leads to the bedrooms.
An unusual brown and greige upholstered sofa design reflects the solid brown feature wall. A perfectly coordinated rug calls attention to the sofa’s two-tone characteristic. A racetrack shaped coffee table and a racetrack bench seat lead a curvaceous theme.
The L-shaped kitchen installation draws upon the brown accent colour for a tiled backsplash.

Finally, our fourth featured home design is a small space that gleans wonderful depth from the deep brown, grey and white palette. A small curvy sofa and round footstool are sharply contrasted by a hexagonal coffee table, though all meld under gentle grey finishes.
Globe pendant lights drop a modern focal point over the centre of the room, whilst classic bust sculptures bring art history to a bespoke, built-in TV unit with integrated storage and bookshelves.

Enriched with earthy brown and deep green accent decor, this pair of 1 bedroom apartment designs comprise tonal layers that manipulate the sense of space. Visualised by Simple Form Interiors, these interiors feature short bursts of rich colour that zone and define the multitude of areas within compact open plan living spaces, a glass wall double workspace and a cosy glass wall bedroom design. The accent colours float on melds of creamy white and cool grey backgrounds that reflect natural light, whilst wood tone elements add natural texture. Stylish modern furniture gives these residences a chic, contemporary edge that nudges the schemes into the high-end of the interiors arena.
Measuring 81 square metres, this private residence in Moscow, Russia is a light-filled 1 bed apartment with a glass wall home workspace. A creamy white modular sofa and a matching rug keep the centre of the space light, whilst black steel framed windows darkly define the backdrop.
A dark green bookcase has been built in around the window to complement the steel window casing. The custom-made bookshelves make good use of the vertical height of the room to make up for the lack of wall space.
The compact living room dining room combo achieves zoning through tonal accenting. A black table darkly defines the dining area, and pale grey upholstered bar stools shade the breakfast nook.
