Day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to: addressing customer queries and concerns, providing product information, problem-solving, checking inventory, placing orders, and processing returns.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment.
