What could be better than binge-watching Chip and Joanna Gaines’ shows on their new Magnolia Network? Probably binge-watching their shows while staying in one of their actual homes, that’s what.

Earlier this month, the couple announced their newest property, a lovely cottage located on Magnolia’s Hillcrest Estate in (surprise, surprise) Waco, Texas. Simply called the Hillcrest Cottage, the place features one bedroom with en suite bathroom, a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area — and yes, a flat-screen TV perfect for streaming “Fixer Upper.” There’s also an office nook if you’re WFH, as well as a back patio if you’re having guests over.

As for the interiors, the space is, of course, decorated in the Gaines’ now-popular modern farmhouse style. Shiplap walls, anyone?

“Enjoy a quiet getaway in this charming cottage renovated, designed, and owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines,” the Airbnb listing reads, adding that the cottage was once the carriage house for their other vacation rental, Hillcrest Estate, which dates back to 1903.

The listing concluded: “This makes it the perfect getaway for a party of two, or if you’re stopping through town and need a restful place to retreat.”

But that’s not all; The Hillcrest Cottage will provide guests with a complimentary 25 percent discount card to Magnolia Market and a reservation for brunch at the nearby Magnolia Table restaurant.

Rates start at $395 per night on weekdays, and $495 per night on weekends. There’s a 20 percent discount available for full-week bookings. Planning on going? Better hurry because the Gaines’ other Airbnb properties have been known for being booked up six months out.
